Hi everyone,

We've been contacted by a producer who is working on a Channel 4 programme for the documentary series, Dispatches. The programme is investigating how a potential US-UK trade deal could affect the availability of biologic treatments on the NHS.

As part of the show, they would like to feature someone with lupus as they go for their biologic treatment and then catch-up with them a few weeks later to see how they are getting on.

To be eligible to take part in the show you must;

•Be aged 18+ and live in the UK

• Have an appointment to receive an infusion treatment of a biologic drug (ie. rituximab, belimumab, Humira etc) between 30/09/19 and 11/10/19

•Be comfortable with appearing on national TV and discussing your condition.

Hi crashdoll . The programme aired earlier this week and can be watched online at channel4.com/programmes/dis.... Unfortunately the footage and interviews with a lupus patient were cut from the final show due to running time.

oh Shame! I had my treatment at the end of August, it ended badly and unfortunately I am no longer able to have the treatment.
