Hi Fred,
I’m on my third week of xeljanz and I feel much better already. Side effects were a bit of tummy ache and wind the first week but now nothing really. No pain now in my hands, elbows and knees or neck . Amazing. Good luck I hope it’s the same for you .
There have been quite a few comments on these newish JAK inhibitors. If you put tofacitinib
into the search box you should get the earlier comments.
My sister was originally on a trial (in France) and has done really well on it for several years now.
I’ve been on these for about 3 weeks now. No major side effects- a little tummy upset here and there. No problems so far. My energy levels are picking up. Still pain but inflammation is easing some.
I’ve been on these for nearly 12 months now , they changed my life , as now I have a life again !
