Question to all the ladies who transferred PGT A tested embryos and had 12 weeks of pregnancy genetic screening ( trisomy 21, trisomy 18)
I have a question to all the ladies who were successful with PGTA tested embryos. I had my dating scan yesterday at 13 weeks, my embryo was tested before the transfer and did not have any problems but somehow I just can not stop worrying, I am freaking out that somehow I can still get bad news.Is it

Life after Ropinirole.
Hello. I've had RLS my whole life. 30 years ago I was put on prozac for depression. My RLS got a bit worse but it wasn't a huge problem until I started hormone replacement. My symptoms became chronic and I started taking Ropinirole without any knowledge of the horrors of this drug. Three years ago, after

Dr Shehata consultation for Immunology/NK cells testing tomorrow...any recommendations on questions to ask?
I have my long awaited NK cells testing tomorrow with Dr Shehata and am wondering if there are any particular questions anyone would recommend asking or advice generally? My fertility clinic again said it likely chromosomal abnormalities causing the 4 natural miscarriages and 2 IVF failures (no BFP)

Hi Everyone, I am trying not to worry but transferred a genetically test embryo on 5/20 and had my beta hcg yesterday. It was 41 and my RE said he likes to see 50. I am back tmrw to test again. My husband is elated but I’m so worried. Any advice? Similar situations? Hope you are all well and appreciate

Trying to manage, and afraid
I've posted a few times before on the forum re RLS. I 'manage' my RLS with one 0.18mg Pramipexole tablet in the evening which at least allows me to be symptom-free by bedtime and I know I will sleep a good 5 hours. I do suffer RLS during the course of the day though, and although I know I could ask

Dopamine Agonist Official Withdrawal Advice (from Dr Earley??)
Just found this "detox" advice on a RLS Facebook page I was looking through. It's the first time I've ever seen a formal sheet explaining what will happen during DA withdrawal. It certainly reflects what I went through. It might be useful for anyone going through it, or thinking of doing so. It would

New Rheumatologist
Saw my new rheumatologist last Thursday, and so far I am impressed. Lupus unit were dismissive as my bloods are normal but she says I could be sero negative. This was at my local hospital, which on the whole does not have a very good reputation, but I have found since covid that they have improved

Covid-19 vaccine and getting pregnant
I booked my first dose of Covid-19 vaccine on Thursday. Even if I stopped the Clomid treatment this month I ovulated, which was a nice surprise. We are having timed sex intercourse. Is it safe to have the vaccine on Thursday? I will be on 5 days post ovulation. I will start ivf treatment in July, is

Lactulose... Ugh! Please help
So I started taking Lactulose yesterday again. Took it a long time ago with no problems I can remember. 1Tbs 2x a day. Now... 2Tbs 3x a day. I took the first 2Tbs and thought I would die from cramps and gas and then the runs. Drank water like a fish and still awoke dehydrated. Today I am doing 1Tbs 3x

Surely this can't be right
Hello I am currently taking clonazepam half a tablet every other night as my GP was concerned about the addictive nature of the drug. It does help a little but still up every night 2/3 times but managing to get about 5/6 hrs which is a lot better than I've had at other times. I had a private neurologist

Using Kratom to come off pramipexole
I’ve been taking Pramipexole now for 13 years, two 0.088 a day. I’ve just ordered red vein kratom, which I realise can be addictive, but was wondering if anyone has used this to come off Pramipexole successfully? My last attempt was cold turkey........hellish and I know that the tramadol I was prescribed

Advice - NK cells
Hi fellow warriors, I hope you’re all okay. I haven’t logged in for a number of months as I needed a break from all things IVF after our two failed cycles last year. I hope there have been lots more BFPs and happy news for you all. We are currently planning our next cycle and potentially my last cycle
