Neupogen wash + failed ivf?

Hi, I had my 5th embryo transfer with neupogen wash on the same day of transfer. I have negative hpt on day10. I have blood test tomorrow. Anyone with failed ivf with neupogen wash?

Why did they recommend neupogen wash for you?

I was having implantation failure i think, they did not do any tests. But all my previous transfers failed to give me positive hcg results.

I also take estradiol (lenzetto spray) for lining improvement.

I would ask for tests to see why so many implantation failure. Neupogen can thicken lining apparently and increase blood cells.

I don’t know what your clinic offers and there’s so much to consider and also it depends on age, but at the very least progesterone levels and support - high enough? Nk cells? Era test? Would they consider a scratch? or pgs testing for embryos, they should be discussing all your options, not doing the same thing time after time. What was sperm quality like? Dna fragmentation test done?
