I have RLS so bad that I walk all night and get a couple of hours of sleep every other day. I live in a nightmare. Absolutely no life. Also in augmentation from Pramipexole.
I had ordered a supplement for my husband who gets bad cramps at night. The supplement immediately helped him. He told me why don't you try it, it might help. So I did over a week ago. HAPPY TO REPORT No RLS since first night and I sleep. A couple of nights my feet started and I walked a little and it was gone.
The supplement: MAG R&R - Muscle Recovery and sleep support. saltwrap.com PHONE; 866 444 3267
If you decide to try, please let me know if it works for you. Thank you and God bless.

I went out to the site and there would be popups every few minutes saying someone from xyz just purchased it and there were ones from England so you can purchase it.
Would love to know how they ordered it as when I went to see how much shipping is ($24) there was a note that they only ship to the US and any other orders would be cancelled.
Excellent ingredients - the GABA is suspect (can't usually cross the blood/brain barrier), and the melatonin might not agree with everyone. But, if it works, it works - good for you!
Hi I have had RLS for years many tablets I was on pramipexole then I went in to Augmentation very bad then I went to my doctor's then she asked me if I would like to see a neurologist very good checked me all over then she put me on pregabalin 75 mm 1 tablet at 6 pm 1 tablet at 9 with 2 codeine phosphate the best thing ever happened to me no climbing the walls walking outside at night time the best what happened ☺️ Tonyhenshaw241241 take care
I can relate to that, I've spent many a night stood up swaying from side to side
with the sensations[?] running up n down my legs, sometimes arms and totally shattered before crumpling up on the floor exhausted eventually falling asleep. I've just been given my new medication, a gradual breakdown in dosage of the rotigotine patches I'm presently on 3mg, so today I start with 2mg for 2 weeks then 1mg for a further 2weeks before starting the tablets, Pregabalin Zentiva 1 twice a day. I have to say I'm not convinced but with no alternativeat this stage, whats choice do I have, I'm willing to try anything within reason.
That may be too fast. It's best to reduce over a minimum of 3 months and you may need an opioid to help with the withdrawal symptoms. The pregabalin takes 4 weeks to be fully effective but won't help until about 2 to 3 weeks after last dose of the patch as you'll still be having withdrawal symptoms. Then just take the pregabalin at night. You won't need it in the day ( and it'll make you drowsy). The side effects of pregabalin usually settle within 3 months so don't give up too soon. Average dose for RLS is 150mg but some need higher.Good luck- the RLS is less intense once off the dopamine agonists.
Hi Hoochybaby , I have it quite high but for you I would start with a level so it doesn’t hurt because it shouldn’t be painful, and I put it anywhere on my legs and have it on for hours at a time , I do hope this can help you , take care ,Annie
it might seem a simple silly tip, but from my experience, a 30 minutes warm bath just before sleeping helps a lot! I suffer of RLS and some of my nights are really horrible! When I make phisioterapy/fitness during the day, it gets worse and the next day I feel destroyed, extremely tired. I realized that when I let to make some of my fitness at late evening and after that take a longer warm bath, my body relax and I can sleep much better. Unfortunatelly, I can’t take these baths every night, for different reasons, but I thought I could contribute with your well-being by leaving here my experience.
I personally do not like medicaments and the only thing I take - when I don’t forget - is iron with vitamine C.
The MAG R&R was wonderful for the first 6 weeks and now it isn't as great, but still much better than ever. I can handle this because all I have to do is get on my stationary bike and then go to sleep. Thank you for asking and I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Blessings from JoAnn
