What can I eat!!
Also to check if I have
histamine
intolerance
and to ask for a thyroid test to be carried out. Knowing our doctors, it will just be a TSH test - they won't even check T4 unless TSH is abnormal. Is this the usual practice?

Might I have Mastocytosis rather than MCAS?
Does this sound like being more an aggravated MCAS issue or a
histamine
intolerance
issue than Mastocytosis? I should just say that predating this, I've had facial skin problems for months beforehand.

Gluten Free, Hashimoto's and Histamine Intolerance
Well I finally found a very smart doc who diagnosed SIBO and
histamine
intolerance
. A low
histamine
diet is the ONLY thing that has helped with some of these symptoms. So next week I start taking Xifaxan and Neem for SIBO and Quercetin and a couple other supplements for histamine.

PMR and AstraZeneca Vaccination
I wonder if having a
Histamine
Intolerance
has also contributed to my symptoms ? I am not looking forward to the second jab in twelve weeks. The side effects of both the Pfizer and the AZ/O seem to be very similar.

Shaky and faint in the emorning.
I sort of thought that it could have been due to the
histamine
intolerance
- because the other symptoms of numb head, eyesight off etc were similar to my normal histamine related reactions. Stress increases histamine.

Histamine intolerance
I’m suspecting my histamine is through the roof looking at my symptoms, probably a bit of leaky gut and Candida overgrowth, but unsure how I can get this properly diagnosed. Conventional medicine just looking at my symptoms and since my asthma is continuously getting worse and my specialist is trying

Free syringes
I am happy to post them to anyone who needs them - I am no longer Self Injecting - as I had developed
histamine
intolerance
and possibly Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and became more or less allergic to an ingredient in my B12 injections.

Histamine Intolerance and Liver Disease
Diagnosed with NASH. I have now developed allergic reactions to a number of foods which results in allergic rhinitis when I eat. Has this developed in anyone else. I’ve read that Mass Cell Activation can be a predictor of liver disease severity.

I’d be interested if this works for anyone else
I read that
histamine
intolerance
can cause restless legs so I looked up foods with much histamine. I’ve cut out bananas, avocado, yoghourt, citrus fruits, tomatoes and spinach. After a few days my RLS disappeared.

Cambridge University survey / MCAS
Hi all, A group of Cambridge University students is doing a survey on MCAS/
histamine

patients. They reached out to me and asked me to circulate it. If you have MCAS, please fill it out!

MCAS, the cause of my migraines
Tina Peers on her approach to treating
histamine
intolerance
/ mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) -> migraines are a common symptom of MCAS and it's the reason why I suffer from them. It took me a long time to find a doctor who knows the condition and was willing to be interviewed.

By a route I won't bore you with, I came to land at a place called

. Being prepared to try anything, I decided to give it a go.
