Am I not converting very well?
Hi I am attaching my spreadsheet with my latest results and some previous results for context. I feel like I am treading a very fine line with my energy levels at the moment. If I have a busy couple of days or stay up a bit later etc I very quickly go into a flair up which results in really bad headache

celiac and hypothyroidism
hello all. All apologies of this has been asked before but I’m new to this forum. I’ve recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and my follow up blood test showed that my TSH was now normal range and my vitamin D was still low. Including high cholesterol levels After waiting 5 weeks!! For a telephone

Da Vinci Procedure Amazing
I am familiar with long ugly scars from previous
hip
replacement
and fractured femur and legs and I am so thankful to not have those issues now. Go back for catheter removal on Thursday, kind of enjoying not having to get up to go pee all the time but probably should not even suggest that.

Complete newbie advice please
Hi everyone, I’ve joined because I went for a load of tests at hospital including thyroid function tests (due to chronic rashes and illness I was having trying to find cause) whilst all my bloods were normal, I was told my TPO antibodies were elevated at 242 suggestive of possible future thyroid disease

Oestriol and Lupus
I am 71 and have had recurrent UTIs. My GP has prescribed me Oestriol cream and told to use it daily, on my genitals, to help with the post-menopausal atrophy of the general area but particularly around my urethral opening. With oestriol I do not need progesterone. The leaflet in the box

Hip replacement and steroids
Have had a call from NHS referral team saying that as I have been on the NHS waiting list for
hip
replacement
for over a year they can refer me on to a Nuffield Hospital (albeit 45 miles away) to shorten the waiting time for me.

Finally FT3 is up again but could FT4 do with a nudge upwards
I’m really happy with latest labs and overall I’m feeling good but wonder if there’d be anything to be gained by taking just one more low dose glandular and take the risk that FT3 will go over range Might I sleep that bit better and have that bit more energy, be that bit more motivated and focused and

looking for advice/support - newly diagnosed and struggling.
I was taken to theatre in April for lap surgery (they only drained my cysts and sorted an intestinal adhesion) and following this was diagnosed with endometriosis. I wasn’t aware of the condition until this happened. Following this I have felt so isolated and have had no support. I saw a gynae 9 weeks

Off Baricitinib and knee replacement
I've been off Baricitinib for one week yesterday as I'm having a total knee
replacement
next Wednesday 13th (I had my left knee and
hip
replaced in 2018 before being diagnosed) and had to use walking sticks since.

Private testing - how to decide which tests? Resume supplements?
I'm so happy to have found this forum! Looking for some advice please on private testing. I suspect my thyroid function and possibly adrenal health has been poor for quite a long time, probably declining since late teens (I'm now perimenopausal, at 47 years old). My worst symptoms include brain fog

Shingles
Hi everyone, I had terrible pain in my left hip and down the thigh to just above knee last week and was worried in case it was to do with my
hip
replacement
. However on Sunday I noticed a crop of lumpy red spots on my hip which were itchy.

Endo switching me from T3 only to NDT.
Hadn't been feeling great so did blood test and my TSH seem to be superhigh again. results below. I am on T3 only and have autoimmune thyroditis. Endo suggested trying NDT instead of increasing T3 again ( I am on 60mcg of T3 ) Has anyone done this and any advice will be greatly appreciated. Endo suggested
