alternative to Tibolone?

on decapeptyl and Tibolone add back hrt, the Tibolone is really not agreeing with me! Any one know of any good alternatives? My consultant just said to ask go for another but didn’t tell me the names of any particular ones!

The link below gives all the various types of HRT. You need combined so if tibolone doesn't suit you could try a combined tablet such as Kliovance or an oestrogen tablet, patch or gel with a separate progestin, usually Utrogestan. But this is something to decide with your GP.

Yes Tibolone really brought my endo on, it was horrific!

I moved to the gel pump and utrogestan pill (you have to take both) and it's been so much better x

Thank you! Jeez I was not good. I was so annoyed they didn’t even warn me, literally I got my first Decapeptyl injection and took the Tibolone at the exact same time and it was so tough! Went to the GP today and have been given evorel sequi patches so will see how they go!x

I tried the patches but still had hot flushes. So do keep trying others if you have menopause symptoms x

I’ve just started tibilone after spending 8 months avoiding having it alongside my chemical menopause with prostap. The insomnia and sweats are just unbearable now so I felt I’ve had no choice. DoYou mind if I ask what side effects you’ve had?
