Hip Replacement Update
Replacement
Update Good morning friends, just an update my surgery is scheduled for early June. I will be having it in the hospital where I receive my MPN care. I am very relieved they will be able to do it. I will post more about the process and experience. I have learned a lot!

Hip replacement.
I have surgery booked for my right hip booked for 1st March. I'm having a dual mobility prosthesis as I have had lumbar surgery and I also have scoliosis and so am at greater risk of dislocation. Has anyone else had this, and did you have spinal or general anaesthetic when you have spinal problems.

ET and Successful Hip Replacement
Hello friends, I posted some months ago about needing
hip
replacement
for arthritis, and I appreciate the many replies I received. I am 5 weeks out from my surgery and doing great. I was able to have the surgery where I see my MPN specialist.

Fybromialgia and hip replacement experience
He said we can do another set of corticosteroids injections , and when I see him in December, we will discuss
hip
replacement
. He already told me with fybro is more complicated - aftercare and I quote ' you never be normal ' . I read some people have 6 months recovery and pain is there.

Just some good news
My husband was looking into getting a
hip
replacement
back in 2021 when he was diagnosed with PC. So the
hip
replacement
was put on hold,. But the
hip
arthritis kept getting worse and he could no longer walk more than a block. It pained me to see how hard it was for him to walk.

getting reading for HIP replacement #2
After the right in 2022, now it's time for the left. I'm not in horrible pain but I want to get it done so that I regain more ability to be active and workout, keep muscle mass (I'm 58), and continue to keep MS at bay. Just got the green light from the neuro. Ocrevus is delayed for 2 months to avoid

Hip replacement date
Hello All, It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here, I finally got into sheltered housing last April & got a lovely little bungalow I’m over the moon with. It was in very good content with decent carpets curtains, and blinds left & got a decorating/other grant from the council that I wasn’t expecting
