REMs scan result
Hi everyone, just wanted to share my good news with you all. I broke my back after a high impact fall from my kitchen worktop onto the floor in 2020. I had to fight for a Dexa scan after being advised to start bone meds. I had the scan last March results as follows. Dual Femur total -1.5 and lumbar spine

My pain is threefold, all on walking. 1.pain with each step can be in pelvis, hip, groin, upper thigh, can vary in place and intensity with each step. 2. Low back pain like a plank of wood

HRT patches
Can anyone give an idea of what could be causing the following please? Taking estrogen patches - had a total hysterectomy - became even more ill with all sorts of symptoms that pointed to low estrogen. Patches are the solution, terrific, help in many ways, feel better than have for many years. But I

i try and stay strong for my family but I'm terrified. 2 appointments with hepatologist but no mention of transplant yet. Been completely sober since the day Dr Wong told me I had 1-2 years to live. Seeing him again next month, any advice on what I should be asking him? I'm eating healthy vegetarian

Asthma triggered by allergies & virus
I'm on Fostair 200 twice a day and Montelukast. I take an antihistamine daily. I reduced Fostair from 2 puffs twice daily as it gave me a croaky voice. I'm in my 40's - started H.R.T six months ago. The meds control my asthma well most of the time. I picked up a virus a few days ago which went straight

Hi lovelies,I went in for a scan yesterday, so angry and disappointed. I finished letrozle on Sunday and went in yesterday to check everything. He said lining is thin and only 2 small eggs there,so letrozle did not work otherwise they would be growing now.I said is it because I'm only on cd8? He

Pain medication advise - Gabapentin
Firstly, I understand no one can give medical advice. But any help in the right direction would be gratefully received. I have a knee replacement followed by a manipulation last week. I didn't get to speak to the surgeon afterward but my discharge notes said I needed adequate pain relief. I am struggling

Reappearance of endo after both ovaries have been removed?
Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone has had new growths of endo or reappearance since both ovaries have been removed and no HRT given? Is this possible?? I thought endo is fuelled by oestrogen??
