Travel Insurance with a heart condition.

Can anyone help please. My husband and i have a Caribbean Cruise that was booked for my 60th Birthday 2 years ago but due to Covid we are now going November 2022. My husband went in for a valve replacement in 2016 and things went wrong and he had a triple bypass and now has a pacemaker in situ. He is fine and works full time and is under the Heart Failure Clinic for trials of new medications. I want to get travel insurance and don't know where to start with his condition. We saved for years for this trip of a lifetime and it is paid for but need travel insurance for my husband for this 2 week holiday. Please can anyone help or advise.
