Hi again I have a dilemma going on in my head I'm not far off going to have knee replacement surgery and because I now have pulmonary fibrosis I'm thinking is it worth it because there's no cure for it and its just getting me down x

Thyroid Result Advice Please
I have attached a copy of my results below. I do not have a diagnosed thyroid problem but am trying to see if there is a link with my symptoms. I became perimenopause 2.5 years ago but in the last year the symptoms became severe with psychological and physical problems. HRT has helped but I am left

Neck/spine osteoarthritis pain
I’ve had a right
hip
replacement
and will in time need my left
hip
doing plus probably my right one again too. I’ve also got osteoarthritis in my neck/spine and I’m sure it contributes to my dizzy spells. I have looked online and have come across some head turning exercise recommended to help.

PPP and menopause
My sister experienced PPP after her first pregnancy. It took around 6 months to establish a medication routine that worked for her, and she has managed her subsequent bipolar diagnosis for 17 years. She started experiencing menopause symptoms and started HRT, and altering her meds, and then spiralled

zoladex/HRT pending hysterectomy
I started on Zoladex a week ago, alongside HRT. I am on the surgical waiting list for a hysterectomy with a view to keeping my ovaries as I am 34. Since the injection I have had a horrible stomach ache (alongside the usual crippling pain) but I can’t eat, I feel nauseous and I can’t open my bowels

Is thyroid hormone replacement allowed to take when you are on a BTK inhibitor?
Hello, beautiful community. My thyroid replacement therapy is finally stable after years of struggling and I'm afraid the BTK inhabitor can affect either treatment?. The new challenge is, that, I'll start treatment for Lymphoma/CLL. As you know, here is a guideline for not taking some medications

HRT dilemma - switched from Oestrogel to Lenzetto, too early to consult Newson’s?
I’ve switched from 3 pumps of oestrogel to 3 sprays of Lenzetto. It’s only been a few days but my symptoms of insomnia for a start are worse. Now I wake up at 4am and don’t get back to sleep at all. So sick and tired of this. Also going to the loo more. I’ve been completely non-functional today. Too

TSH is just the 'opinion' of your Pituitary about your dose ~ but your Pituitary's 'opinion' is a bit warped once you take Thyroid Hormone.
These first two papers can be used to prove that on T4 monotherapy , a dose that is enough to 'satisfy' the hypothalamus /pituitary (ie. lowers TSH to the bottom end of the ref range) , does not necessarily provide 'enough' T3 to all the other tissues... some other tissues can remain hypothyroid despite

ovulating on HRT cycle for FET
Hi Im stressing out abit as I’ve been taking oestrogen tablets as instructed for my FET and somehow on my scan today there was a dominant follicle! They took my bloods and said it may be cancelled depending on what was going on with the follicle. I rang for the blood results and they were positive
