HEPATITIS C ANTIBODY Reactive

I have Cirrhosis from chronic hepatitis C , I am curious, I went to the liver specialist because I am having a hard time breathing in which one dr thought it's Cirrhosis related . The dr did a full blood work up and my Hepatitis has been undetectable for a couple of years after taking Sovaldi, ribavirin and the new blood work shows reactive . My liver though is getting better i still have Cirrhosis and my HE is a blast but anyway I went from a FIBROSIS SCORE of score 140 to 83 and a Act score of 3 to a 1 but my ALPHA-2-MACROGLOBULIN is 511 also RETICULOCYTE, ABSOLUTE is at 74340 cells/uL and the EOSINOPHILS are 800 cells/uL. As far as the hepatitis c viral load the dr said we will talk about it. Well has anyone ever tested reactive for hep c after being "cured"? I know that with chronic Hepatitis C it stays in your system. Also I think my breathing , kidney and spleen problems are related more to the chronic hepatitis C and anemia. Next week is MRI of my abdomen. Has anyone else been down this road ?

Yes they have , not usually after such a long time as you have been clear for though . Some people had a relapse , which is due to a specific form of gene marker . These people often have had only taken the course of tabs for 8- 12 weeks whereas an initial 24 week blast. , may have stopped this . It tends to specific to genotype too. I havent personally but i have a few friends who have had an been treated for hepatitis and given the all clear after ther treatment. Wen i was really ill with H.E caused through my serosis i was told if i didnt stop drinkin i had 6 months 2 live i really was at rock bottom but managed 2 some how keep goin work with ur dr and consultant i really hope ur mri scan goes well i had 1 myself bit scary but i was fine i sufferd like urself with breathing problems my stomache was swelled an was pushing up against my lungs causing shortness of breath not a nice feeling i no what ur goin through you will get ther its all trial and error and finding a balance with your meds gud luck with ur scan i really hope everythin goes ur way.
