Has anyone else had a low (1/160 titre) positive ANA test with nucleolar pattern after years of ANA negative results?

Hi Queencara - I haven't, but I did have my ANA antibodies tested when they thought I might have an autoimmune condition like Lupus or Sjogren's Syndrome. Have they suggested you have any autoimmune condition? A positive ANA result isn't indicative of fibromyalgia so there might be something else going on if you have this. Has your doctor suggested anything? There could be treatments (meds) they can offer if you have an autoimmune condition.

I'm waiting for an appointment myself to see if there's something else autoimmune going on instead of fibro - since fibro doesn't really "fit" my symptoms.
