Good evening, please could you recommend a good make of Vitamin D?

I had good success with Better You spray D3 with K2. Available on Amazon. It’s easy to dose, one spray is 1000iu. Daughter and hubby use that.

I’ve switched to drops of Horbaach D3+ K2 which daughter left behind (just to use it up no other reason) and it has worked very well.

My understanding is K2 is important to get the associated calcium produced from taking D to go into bones and not arteries.

I’ve also been encouraged to take magnesium to maximise the benefit from Vitamin D. I have magnesium glycinate.

I wasn’t sure how necessary it was to get a vitamin D that has the K2 as well, so thank you for your response.
