What s happening in our NHS ?- All the shortages.
Two examples - I take Amiodarone for AF and other fast heart beats, I have had to have my prescription sent to another village, and they are running short. Glandosane synthetic saliva spray - Dry mouth is dross to put it mildly. no pharmacy near where I live has any. Not just the the BCG treatment

Following on from previous post. Updated result came back as ALT 95 AST 49 GGT 157 So all improved. Unfortunately I ended up drinking for 1 week after 6 weeks of abstinence which resulted in a 3 day hospital stay with Alcohol Hepatitis (ALT of 400, Bilirubin 25) and withdrawal requiring

Flu jab
As flu vaccine season will soon be on us I was wondering if my husband will get a flu jab this year (I have asthma, therefore I qualify). In previous years he has been eligible but I believe the criteria has changed. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum, my history being a F73 and have had very symptomatic PAF since 2015 and was put on Sotalol, Pradaxa and amlodipine for BP. In 2018 I had a cryoablation and got off the Sotalol which was replaced by 2.5mg of Bisoprolol to help with BP. I have not had AF since which

new blood results
help needed with new blood test results. It is 6 weeks since i have been on 100 levothyroxine and introduced Liothyronine 10mcg daily. Before the test I followed protocol, no medication before, no b vitamins for week before etc. I am pleased that my ferritin has improved but unsure about T3 levels?

Shingles Vaccine
I have RA and am currently taking hydroxychloroquin, methotrexate and amgevita. I’m trying to work out whether at age 61 with a compromised immune system, I will qualify for the new shingrix (shingles non-live) vaccine on the NHS? Does anyone know?

Shingles Vaccine
Hi everybody. Just looking at the new advertising campaign for the shingles vaccine although those who are 70-79 are entitled to it looks like those of us over 50 who are severely immune suppressed can have the 2 x dose of (non live) Shingrix from September 1st. Is this right? Please shoot me out the

Given that individuals with PA cannot absorb B12 via tablet form are we able to absorb the other B vitamins this way? I'm unclear as to whether IF is needed for all B vitamins absorption.Thanks.

Hi, I'm a 45 yr old female and I went to the GP last week with a range of symptoms, including onset of pins and needles, limb weakness, tired, mouth sores. The other B vitamins
Hello, I've just read that B6 deficiency can cause pins and beedles and possibly other symptoms similar to B12 deficiency. It's made me wonder about the need to test for other B vits besides Folate and B12. So far my daughter and I have tested B12, Folate, Vit D, Iron Panel, Thyroid antibodies, CRP

Question….
It seems to me there was a post not too long ago about the Vitamin B complex, low in B6, to use with the high dose Vitamin B1 protocol. I thought I saved it but I can’t find it here or on Facebook. Can someone help me out. Thank you.

B1 Therapy question
Six months ago, my neurologist diagnosed me with early stage PD. My prominent symptoms included hand tremors and stiffness. I am on a low dosage of sinemet and it has helped to regulate but not eliminate those symptoms.. I was very intrigued by the testimonials in the book, Parkinson's and the B1
