Style of circumcision for BXO/LS (and general worrying)
Hi all. I have been having random foreskin issues for years. pretty much since I was a child and have recently been diagnosed with BXO. I just have a sore tip of foreskin and very mild phimosis but have had a tiny white lesion on the side of my frenulum once around 15 years ago. This was resolved with

Circumcision, twice failed! Will not heal
On June 1st I went in for a circumcision after 12-18 months wait (NHS). The reason for my circumcision was phimosis. After the first 2-3 weeks I had noticed that only half of the wound had closed up, and I thought I had infection because i had some yellow coloured discharge from the wound, I booked

This was my leftover piece of gluten free quiche from dinner last night. The crust is made with brown rice, Swiss cheese, yellow mustard, liquid eggs and bac’n pieces with nutmeg. It was really good after being put in the refrigerator for over night and part of this morning until early afternoon’s

Old age
What age is old age nowadays? I can remember being in school and thinking that that person was old( over 50)…only now to realise that I’m that age. Things do ache, shoulders, knees etc, but what is old age now? I don’t consider myself middle aged, being only 53, things still work ( in the bedroom

Colon Cancer Diagnosed
I am devastated and don't feel like it is worth
living
anymore. I'm 32M, lived such a
healthy
life, no drugs, no smoking, drinking 3 times a years, regular gym, tons of fruits and veggies... and then they discovered this nasty f*cker inside of me.

Is your Parkinson's diagnosis really idiopathic? Or is there an underlying cancer/autoimmune disorder?

Rising Lymphocytes
About 6 months back I asked that a steroid be administered prior to IVIG that I receive every 4 weeks. Coincidentally, my lymphocytes began to rise and are now in the 90%+ range. Wondering whether others may have experienced a similar result? thanks, Dennis, Venetoclax

Circumcision healing
I got my circumcision 4 days ago and that black part has been where my Frenelum should be, it’s not painful or even sensitive to touch and it’s been there whole time. I figure it might be a blood clot what do you think it is and should I be worried?

Covid-Induced ITP Recovery Questions
At the end of August 2022, I was diagnosed with covid-induced ITP. I only caught it because all my extremities were covered in little red dots (petechiae). I made a freaking-out visit to the ER, and they diagnosed me after they did labs and my platelet count came back 0. All these weeks later (October

A Short Stay in Hospital - but not short enough
Around 10.30am on Thursday 7th July 2022 I passed out for 2 minutes soon after my morning carers had put me in my wheelchair. They phoned for an ambulance which arrived promptly. I arrived at the hospital at 12 noon. The ambulance crew stayed with me in the ambulance in the car park until I was admitted

Manage the Anxiety; Get Living
OR just continue
living
with it, but stay anticoagulated, eat
healthy
, keep hydrated, go tea-total, relax, breathe. I think the real lesson here is to manage anxiety and get on living (provided stroke risk is minimized with anticoagulants).
