A quieter week this week!
My husband's very first attempt at baking and it was delicious! I Pottered about flower arranging, and a goodly haul of conkers. Meds still helping cough and breathlessness but stink of deep heat cuz have a very bad pain just above my pelvis on the left side. Yoga in half an hour so some deep stretches

Atrial Tachycardia
After two temporarily successful cardioversions (6 months af free each time) I had an ablation in May and all seemed to be going well. I remained happily in sinus rhythm for over three months until suddenly, out of the blue, my heart rate and blood pressure rocketed and I ended up in the Resus Department

I feel like I'm drowning in anxiety/depression/stress, and and no one is listening. What can I do?
I'm drowning in stress and
anxiety
and these thoughts. I'd go to a mental
health
unit, but again they just traumatize me further, I don't want to leave my dog when he could possibly die without me here and I need to continue to look for jobs to pay my bills.

Update
As you were all so kind in replying to my melt down last night for which I was very grateful. Today as instructed rang my GP surgery dead on 8am ( I had numerous alarms going off to alert me to the time )to get a telephone consultation to discuss blood results and why a referral for echocardiogram.

Second ablation soon
Hello all I'm not actually sure right now what I'm looking for! I had an urgent cryo ablation in July2021. I was feeling awful almost like I was dying being in continuous fast AF for weeks was causing heart failure and my EP made me a priority as he was concerned. Apparent in October 2021 it wasn't

Recovery post heart bypass.
My Grandad had a heart attack about 5 weeks ago, and subsequently was hospitalised. He then had a heart bypass just over two weeks ago, and thankfully he is now back at home. Since he came home he has struggled to sleep and has told my family and I that he is very dizzy, sick and tired. I can understand

Light-Headed
Hi, I have survived 2 'out of hospital' cardiac arrests. I had a triple heart bypass after the first in 2012 and an ICD fitted in 2019 after the second. 10 days ago, I started feeling very light-headed. I have had no change of meds (either dosage or type) . I take Ramipril, Amiodarone, Asprin, Bisoprolol

A Short Stay in Hospital - but not short enough
Around 10.30am on Thursday 7th July 2022 I passed out for 2 minutes soon after my morning carers had put me in my wheelchair. They phoned for an ambulance which arrived promptly. I arrived at the hospital at 12 noon. The ambulance crew stayed with me in the ambulance in the car park until I was admitted

Not so simple...
I picked up my new prescription and vowed not to look it up and doom scroll as my
health
anxiety
was already spiraling. This felt like a mistake. I had been put on Doxazosin so they could give me blood tests to assess my endocrine levels.
