GF Waffles 🧇: Lunch 11-27-2022
For today’s lunch, I had extra crunchy peanut butter with two gluten free waffles and a Greek lemon meringue yogurt. Everything was delicious and the
total amount of carbs. for the meal was 61.
We have waffles every Sunday afternoon for lunch, but the flavor of yogurt is different now and then

Dental extraction.
My question is regarding dental extraction. At the end of this month, I am due to have four dental extractions: Two stumps (it’s a long story); the root of a crown which came off recently and where there is insufficient root left to re-join the crown; and a leaking abscess which appeared the day before

Paranoid: Would It Be Misguided To "Request" 2nd-Line Treatment?
Anyhow, I also have major
health
anxiety
, & these nodes are a persistent reminder that the CLL/SLL is coming back, & I'm really having a hard time living with that. (Plus I feel like everyone's looking at my neck lol.) Tell me if I'm misguided here: I really wanna just start Acalabrutunib.

Very Overwhelmed by Life
I've lost 25 lbs, can't keep any of my meds down, and have had constant depression,
anxiety
& suicidal thoughts. I've been trying to get
health
insurance, but because I've been working my butt off to save for a house, I currently make just enough to not qualify for any real aid.

overactive thyroid and neck pain
I first reported to the doctors because I was having mild panic attacks due to
health
anxiety
and also because my nana had recently been diagnosed with cancer. Since I’ve been avoiding foods which apparently increase thyroid function such as eggs and fish.

It's A Wonderful Life!
My wife and I took advantage of some unseasonable sunshine today and went for a walk along the coast here in Hampshire. As we walked I was struck by just how much my life has changed since I had bypass surgery five years ago. This walk features some challenging climbs up and down from the cliffs, and

Left Atrial Shunt
I have had AF for 9 years. I currently take Bisoprolol and Apixaban. I have had two ablations, neither of which stopped the AF. However the second ablation in 2019 left an Atrial septum defect I.e. a hole between the two atria which apparently causes a left atrial shunt. The arrhythmia nurse who I saw
