I’ve had hay fever for about 6 Years now. The last couple of Years it hasn’t been that bad but this Year it’s through the roof. My symptoms are lethargy, feeling sick. Some days I feel as though I’m wading through mud and can’t get out of bed. I take an antihistamine and a nasal spray. Just wondered if anyone else has these kind if symptoms and any suggestions?

Hay fever
That doesn’t sound like hay fever to me. More like a virus. I would see a doctor.
This sounds like an MCAS reaction. Mass Cell Activation Syndrome is an over reaction of your immune system and it attacks EVERYTHING. Usually more often in times of great stress as it sees even stress as an “allergy”. It also sounds like you’re experiencing POTs flares. Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome is very common and is almost always overlooked by healthcare professionals because they classify it as a rare occurrence. I can assure you it is NOT RARE. Google search it and see if it coincides with your symptoms. You may have to also research physicians in your area that are familiar with it but usually Rheumatologists are the ones to treat. I sincerely hope this helps.
