And over the years, have been in private and
group
therapy
(typical). With a little success . I’m reading the book the body keeps the score. In it, the author talks about emdr and neurofeedback and some other things I have not tried. But I don’t know what to do.

Regret going to group therapy. Overwhelmed, another day wasted and money wasted. Why do all my attempts to get help backflip?
Told her it passed but now I'm wondering whether to go to
group
therapy
. She said i deside but maybe it could be beneficial. At the last moment i went. Late. Saw people who just didn't feel right. Much older than me and with different diagnosis.

Controversial query re causality of PLMD
(Years ago I went to my second cognitive behavioral
therapy
sleep
group
and the doctor who led it made that claim and dismissed my raising PLMD as an obstacle).

Happy to celebrate..
I'm happy to celebrate that Blue
Group
Therapy
is available for public users now, with few therapists on-board in first few weeks. After going through acrimonious divorce and lost children over the child custody, it was very hard for me to cope living existing life.

feeling like I can’t keep going anymore
I genuinely feel unstable but don’t have any feelings of harm so I’m not severe enough to be admitted to an inpatient facility and there’s no other options for me right now. my hospital does have a partial hospitalization program where you spend 4 hours a day doing
group
therapy
but I don’t have FMLA

Virtual Therapy and OT for ADHD- Any Advice?
I’m a 29-year-old female who’s been dealing with ADHD since 2015. I’ve tried a bunch of treatments and strategies, but I’m still having trouble with focus and prioritizing tasks, which affects both my work and personal life. Recently, I started a demanding job that makes it tough to fit in-person appointments

Update on my son Adam
Hi All This is just an update on how my 8-year-old boy is doing after his Hemorrhagic stroke. We're slowly making progress with his motor skills, most of the time he crawls about the house but with help from me walking a little. his appetite has improved a lot so very happy on that side of things.

I GAVE UP.
I will try and be short about my story. It is a snapshot of events whilst I was on Levothyroxine for more or less 25 yrs. I never felt well and was never referred to an endocrinologist. I gained weight, my hair thinned. I had problems not only with my voice, but swallowing food. I had brain fog, acute

Dealing with minor Speech issues.
