Dealing with minor Speech issues.

🙂 Many of us have noticed changes in our Speech…it can be embarrassing and frustrating. If this becomes a real problem we’re generally referred to a Speech Therapist..and there is also the option of joining AtaxiaUKs link to Speech Therapy.

Something else I’ve seen recommended..is learning another language. I have to say..initially this sounded ridiculous to me but..I clicked on the link anyway. And any kind practice is better than none.

🙂It turned out to be a fun exercise..doable…and it’s free. Simply choose a language to start.

Great advice! Always enjoy reading your recommendations.

I’m trying to learn my third language. It’s definitely a challenge worth taking.

Karaoke helps with the speech. I apologize to my neighbors though.
