Glucosamine.
Hello everyone, I read in the newspaper yesterday that scientists have concluded that taking a daily dose of
glucosamine
reduces inflammation in the body and also has the effect of reducing CRP readings. Has anyone heard anything if this and is it worth a try I wonder?

Post Surgery Relapse
I usually take 20mg Naproxen (Aleve), 400mg magnesium citrate and 450mg
glucosamine
and chrondroitin of an evening. In addition, I was also prescribed 900mg Gabapentin a few months ago for cervical nerve related pain.

Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroiton sulphate supplement tablets
Hi Good People, I have been taking a supplement with
Glucosamine
sulphate and Chondroitin sulphate and finding it helpful. When I ran out I started doing some research and found the tablets only contained half the recommended dose.

Glucosamine Supplement and Healthy Joints
Does anyone take a
Glucosamine
Sulfate supplement daily w/MSM? It’s supposed to help cushion joints, improve flexibility (I need) and promote healthy cartilage? If yes, how has it worked for you? I started taking it 4 days ago. My hubby bought me a big bottle from Coscto in vitamin section.

Vitamins and supplements - what to believe
And health claims about the benefits of
glucosamine
, probiotics and prebiotics have been rejected on the grounds of insufficient evidence. As a result, many of the health claims and benefits that we previously took for granted are no longer allowed."

Vegan Nutritional Deficiency or Not?
I recently started taking some supplements again like biotin, Vit B complex, B12, diamontous Earth, trace minerals & recently seen that
glucosamine
may help with the aching stiff joints. They seem to be so tight and achy all the time. Idk what I am missing.

An Ickle Surprise...
My wife and I also take a few other vitamin supplements such as Omega 3, multivitamins and
Glucosamine
and, last week, we ran out of
Glucosamine
.... The following night the RLS came back to haunt me.

I’ve started taking
glucosamine
for the joint pain and I have felt a slight improvement. The weight gain is the worse. My oncologist said he has known women to lose on it but they are ‘fanatical’ about it. Hmm...
