Week two of no alcohol and need to get back on the cod liver oil
So today I went to the chemist and bought some
glucosamine
and cod liver oil combined. I have not run all week as work overtook my life, so today I did a park run and ran a new PB of 25:50 and then my knee gave way.

How far Glucosamine is helpful for human beings treating Firbromyalgia/Arthritis?
Since the frame's natural
Glucosamine
is used to construct and repair joint cartilage, taking
Glucosamine
as a dietary supplement is called back to help repair broken cartilage by means of augmenting the frame's provide of
Glucosamine
.

What blood tests should I ask for?
Is the
glucosamine
a waste of time? Should I be taking anything else? Sorry, too many questions but any advice gratefully received. Thanks

Stay Healthy with ur Family
His doctor gave him two options: operation for a total knee replacement or to take painkiller and
glucosamine
pills for life. He decided to be on the medication. Nevertheless, the pain persisted.

Run hard, be strong, think big
I had an excursion to Holland and Barret and a very nice spotty man talked to me for ages about my needs, then gave me a tub of
glucosamine
/ chondroitin. They are beasts to swallow but what the heck if they help....the kids went crazy in there as I was so engrosed in my 'consultation'! 2.

Glucosamine query
So to cut a long story short and after some research, I have now (yesterday) started on
Glucosamine
, which I bought from Holland and Barrett. My question is should I continue with my VitD 1000iu per day and the 1500
Glucosamine
daily?

VETS
They also give
glucosamine
for joint pain, and because they can see an improvement in an animal, it is accepted that it works.
Glucosamine
was stopped as a prescription drug for humans because there was not enough evidence that it actually helped humans.

Hi, I'm trying to find alternatives to the medication the doctor has given me, my friend recommended glucosamine sulphate ?
Does anyone use this or know if it works, (
Glucosamine
