Hi Lucy, it is 200mcg of folate the 334 is the combined folate and salt. Dose is 200mcg as a basic minimum, nhs website says can take up to 1000mcg safely of folate and 2mg (2000mcg) of B12 so you are still under that with the combination as I read it. Though that is for an 'average' person and if you've got absorption issues you'll need a lot more.

Yes I have had my Vit B12 tested and it is strange as the serum level is 385 but active B12 is very near top of the range. I do supplement 1500mcg.
On the PA forum they say active B12 is more accurate but on this thyroid forum they say serum B12 needs to be over 500 so I am not sure what I should do about my supplement, whether to increase it or not.
