December 2017 I started my week 9 but had to recover from something called pattelofemoral pain syndrome (due to age and other things) so lots of Physio and some supplements like glucosamine and other anti inflammatory meds.
Two months after that I slowly getting back into the program and redo from week 5 with twice of week 6.
So far so good now with good supplements and proper stretching afterwards feels like it strengthens my knees little by little.
My pace is good enough for me but my pulse still high due to my hyperthyroidism but hope that will be in order soon.
