Have you just started taking all that ? If yes I'm not surprised you feel ill, you should only start one at a time with at least a couple weeks between so your body can get used to them but also you will know if one upsets your system.

Of course the other possibility is you have a stomach bug.

Ditto what Bantam12 has said. You need to stagger them, start with one, give it 2 weeks, if no reaction add in the next one, give it 2 weeks, and so on. That way if you do get a reaction then you will know what caused it.

Also, Google for any interactions between any medication you take plus XX supplement. Check them all out.

I’d worded it wrongly earlier. I’d said started on Friday but that’s when I’d started being/feeling sick. I’d left almost two weeks I think between them. Still waiting on my doctor getting me my results of blood tests.

Did your feeling sick coincide with adding anything that day? If not then maybe you do have a bug.

Not directly. I had been feeling queasy for weeks but a lot going on in family life with Ill parents and thought it was connected to it. I read up last night of side affects on a few and one said about taking with diabetes I don’t like reading up before hand for I’d think i have side affect that can occur.

I think it might be a good idea to check on all your meds and supplements for interactions as it has been going on for so long. It might be as simple as timing and you need to take certain things away from others.

I think I’m going to have too. On that many tablets from my own doctors. Too many that I care to be on. So hubby has taken out private medical insurance for me and I’m going to ask for referrals to departments I don’t believe someone needs to be on so many and all of the ailments they say I have have same side affects. Anytime I go to see about it I get told to take an extra one or they start me on something completely new.
