Stage 4 fibrosis of the Liver
I contracted Hepatitis A in 2020, undiagnosed for 2 months. Six months later I was told I had NALD and last year I was sent for ultrasound scans and blood tests to check for cancer. In March this year, I was told I had Stage 4 Fibrosis of the liver. Does anyone know if this can be reversed, any treatments

Hi My husbands last chemo was # 3 and PSA was 0.14, he just got the results from Chemo # 4 and it was at 0.12. This is the slowest decline if you look in the profile Iisted all his PSA results. Should we be worried that this last one barely moved ? Or is this slower decline good news? Thanks for any

Confused
UPDATE: April 5, 2024 Yesterday was very disappointing as my husbands PSA increased again by 183 points, last month his PSA was 1546 and now it is 1730. All his other CBC results were good. His Alkaline Phosphatase increased 6 points, last month 127 and now 133 but still in range of 40-150. Questioned

Is Jevtana easier to tolerate than docetaxel?
I have noticed that some men on this site have had over 30 infusions of Jevtana. My husband has had completed 10 sessions of docetaxel. The last three were given with a second dose of Carboplatin. Jevtana is new to us. How is it tolerated? Why can it be given at such a high number of doses?

IMRT WITHOUT THE JELL
I'm scheduled for IMRT Radistion without the jell. Doc says the jell may push cancer microscopic cells away from the prostate. He said the cancer is about to protrude through the capsule and microsopic cancer cells could be out of the capsule and did not want to take a chance of putting the jell in and
