Atrial flutter and fatigue
A few weeks ago, I had very severe dehydration, because of acute
gastroenteritis
. The end result of that is atrial flutter! I've been in hospital twice and am now waiting for a cardioversion, followed by another catheter ablation.

Atrial flutter
I developed atrial flutter, following severe dehydration because of equally severe
gastroenteritis
. A cardioversion was planned on an outpatient basis, followed by an ablation some time later. I've been on Rivaroxaban and Diltiazem for around 4 weeks now.

Severe stomach problems, starting after big endo flare last month.
All the hospital said in the end was possible
gastroenteritis
, but I don't think it was at all. I have since been referred to Gastroenterology by my GP, but who knows when that appointment will be.

Anxiety for 12 years - given meds today!!
I’ve had a good few years with anxiety however after a bad few months of stomach issues, possibly IBS after a
gastroenteritis
my anxiety has come back in force. My doctor prescribed my 50mg of sertraline, advising to take half a pill for a month to see how it manages my returning symptoms.

GRAVES : DEVELOPMENT OF THE CLINICAL PICTURE AND THE COURSE OF THE DISEASE
Eighteen months after the initiation of therapy, the patient developed an acute
gastroenteritis
and was briefly hospitalized. At this time, because of the possible association of PTU with gastric irritation, the medication was discontinued.

Little advice please
I’ve had
gastroenteritis
for last 3 days. Feel lot better today. I’ve noticed my resting heart rate has gone from 59 up to 75. I’m really missing running, ive cancelled my personal training sessions this week. Do I need to wait till my resting heart rate has gone down before I run.

Maybe Gastritis?
About 7 months ago after a recent trip to the USA I had a bad bout of
Gastroenteritis
. A week or so afterwards I started to get bloating symptoms after eating. I also started taking Statins at this point due to high cholesterol.

Long term (now worse) health anxiety / panic disorder
Then, coming back from Christmas holidays this January, my whole family got sick with
gastroenteritis
. The stress and the virus sent me to the hospital in an ambulance with tachycardia (120s).

viral gastroenteritis — often called stomach flu and Sinemet
Just Sharing. Stomach flu can be a relatively simple infection for a healthy person, which I am. But I have PD and I take Sinemet and Selegiline. Here is what happened: I got the effects of the bug and diarrhea started, muscle soreness and fatigue followed quickly thereafter. I had no appetite but

Recently went to outpatient center for depression and anxiety due to chronic pain. Now have additional pain and depression is severe again🙁
Then saw GI doctor and diagnosed with
gastroenteritis
which means I will basically have to be on high dose antacids forever. That combined with thyroid medicine is pretty much guaranteeing me osteoporosis.

Taking a week off the bridge.
I’d taken my granddaughter to doctors on Friday for what her Mum thought was
gastroenteritis
, but after her blood test results came through she was taken in to hospital and actually had a perforated appendix and abcess. Fab doctor for ordering blood tests, it could have been much worse.

I appreciate it's been Christmas with all the work it brings, I've been coughing since 15th November after having 2 colds in quick succession, I've had to swap oncologist and hospital and my lovely dog almost died Christmas week after contracting hemorrhaging
gastroenteritis

Why Am I Throwing Up After Eating Food?
I was also on steroids for around 2 weeks, as the doctor originally diagnosed me with a BORDERLINE case of eosinophilic
gastroenteritis
, but he has now said that wasn't necessary. I recently went to see the neurologist, as the gastro department simply can't figure out what's wrong.

New to fatty liver... spooked
A month or so ago I got
Gastroenteritis
and landed in the hospital taking all sorts of tests. The first words on the CT report was "The liver is fatty". I was told it wasn't mild, it wasn't severe, it was moderate.

I am mostly medically I'll like
