Is following FODMAPS difficult?
I have been asked out to dinner in a few weeks and they are making gluten free stuff - I can’t possibly tell them no onions,
garlic
etc, etc as well.

Totally clapped out but enjoying myself nevetheless
I had been well enough to go out for a change, and just as I was about to sink my fangs into my starter.. which arrived as snobby

Just for fun ..... A non PD post...
I got a
garlic
press and made lasagne, drank babycham which had a cherry in. I had a crush on Russell Bell wrote endless letters to Robin Ireland and started wearing PVC. Time rolled forward .... My hair was ghastly I hated my glasses but I learned to drive and discovered Faures Requiem.

I did not order sleet, it was supposed to snow - yet more mutterings regarding LDN and hypothyroidism
My friend Dithers has been ringing me to talk about ex boyfriends and their strange habits, including one awful dinner where she had to appease one particularly awful one by eating a nondescript over priced soup, which resembled nothing and has been renamed Mediterranean dish slops with

I seem to be recovering from a recent flare-up of IBS and wanted to share things that have helped!
I also came across the Fodmap diet, I read 'IBS - free at last' and over the past two weeks removed some of the suggested food groups (
garlic
/onions, wheat, lactose). I am feeling SO much bette - a significant improvement.

how to deal with a cold
Get
garlic
breath. Used as a home remedy for its supposed antimicrobial and antiviral superpowers,
garlic
hasn’t been formally studied much. However, some evidence shows it may ward off colds. Try a supplement or crush a clove with dinner. 10. Head to bed.

Has anyone had any experience with the Low FODMAP diet for IBS and increasing Migraine symptoms?
I started the low FODMAP diet 7 days ago-which basically means I've cut out wheat, lactose and onion
garlic
and most green veg. I've had some blood taken today to see if anything shows up. Anyone any experience with this?

Hi all, has anyone heard of/used Miaxial for fibro. It was advertised in an independant health shop and is targeted at those with fibro, as per window poster, he said those who have used it have had good results. (but then he would say that!!) "It's a suppliment to target muscoskeletal health, fatigue
