These are fantastic. Thank you so much. Yes my diet is so limited now by normal standards, but it makes such a huge difference to my Endo that it is so worth sticking to. Thank you for taking the time to share what you have learnt. Would you mind if I posted a copy of these links in my TTC Facebook group as I know quite a few of us have Endo?

i say endo safe because the foods that i used are very very low in oestrogen and bad prostaglandins. Oestrogen is known to make endometriosis shed and grow as endometriosis thrives on oestrogen lovely, Here is the diet explained it will answer what is included in the endometriosis diet: josephine-eliza.blogspot.co... just send me an email or comment if you need any help with anything x x x

your blog is absolutely fantastic. I have just sent on to four friends who have endo. Thank you so much for creating it. You are an inspiration and helping so many people by making this information available. It took me months of reading different websites, books and articles to whittle down the absolutely best endo diet as everything tells you different information. I love it. Thank you. I'll also write a post about diet on my blog next week and put a link to yours. xxxxxxx

Thank You that means a lot, its no problem, I also had the same problem and it does take time to get used to it especially if people are new to the whole endometriosis diet. I look forward to your blog post lovely, have you got a link to your blog so I can add it to my site? I think its important to support eachother since the Drs leave you in the dark so much and little is known about the diet to them, Thank you again x x x x
