Chilli-Con-Carne Tonight
I added onion, and
garlic
, two tins of red kidney beans- rinsed and washed- and a 'touch' of ketchup, along with some vegetable stock. I cooked off the Meat, sorry 'vegies', and added that to the boiling Chilli mix. I served it on, a bed of, Penne Pasta.

Salmon and Veggies
Tonight for dinner I cooked salmon which I marinated in honey, soy and
garlic
and served it with mashed potato, carrots, cauliflower, broccolini and kale chips. It was my first attempt at the air fryer kale chips and they were delicious.

I just caught the faint aroma of wild

1.64...My glucose at 77 and A1C5.0..so my GFR was 40.....My question would be how to lower my creatinine...My protein comes from 3 days of 100% grass fed ground beef (5oz) per day...3 days of wild caught salmon (4oz) and one day of 5 hard boiled eggs..The rest of my diet consists of lots of greens,

Beef chilli with healthier alternative to rice
Home made beef chilli but instead of rice, I chopped some courgette, leek, tomato and green beans, added
garlic
granules and dried oregano and 100ml low salt veg stock, baked in the oven with just 20g of cooked macaroni mixed in and topped with 20g of low fat cheddar to give a crunchy topping.

Supplements and medication?
I am dairy and meat free so take calcium and multivitamins along with
garlic
and CoQ10, I was taking turmeric but stopped. Meds I am on are the aspirin, Propanolol, occasional omeprazole, and Atorvastatin for high cholesterol.
