I don't add onions or garlic so this makes it a low fodmap meal for those with IBS. I use garlic infused olive oil and Hing instead.

Hereβs what I made for dinner tonight with carrots parsnips leeks onion garlic garden peas and peppers, I had lots of baby carrots so mashed some and mixed with a little cold water a tablespoon of gram flour to thicken low salt bouillon chilli black pepper and celery salt.

I've been following a Low Fodmap way of eating for a long time now (I have reintroduced the high fodmap foods I can eat), but I made this a Low Fodmap recipe by using my homemade curry powder and Hing which replaces the onions and garlic
Salmon and Veggies
Tonight for dinner I cooked salmon which I marinated in honey, soy and garlic and served it with mashed potato, carrots, cauliflower, broccolini and kale chips.
It was my first attempt at the air fryer kale chips and they were delicious.
