I've made this a few times now and it's absolutely delicious, I've even written on my printed copy of the recipe 'definitely keep'. It's the best chickpea curry I've made.
I forgot to add the spinach in today's curry but I have some in the freezer so will just add some each time I have a portion. I made 5 portions. Here's the recipe.

I've been following a Low Fodmap way of eating for a long time now (I have reintroduced the high fodmap foods I can eat), but I made this a Low Fodmap recipe by using my homemade curry powder and Hing which replaces the onions and garlic.
