I hope you've all had a good day and the weather has been good where you are.
I decided upon a coastal walk today and enjoyed every bit of it. I walked 12.45 miles. There weren't too many people around which was a bonus.
I hope you like the photos. The middle left photo is the Wild Garlic which I got a lovely whiff of it today, the middle photo is showing that the woods are greening up and the bottom right photo is of our local church.
Enjoy the rest of your day/evening.

You are a great example and inspiration for us that we can make a difference at any momentβ€οΈ. The rain is needed for us in California cuz we experience the drought for years now. Wish it would rain here. Desperately need it for the garden, but no sign of any and we are supposed to be having April showers! Out with the hose soon I guess. βΉοΈ
I do but overnight please. I agree the gardens need it. We're getting the cold but not any substantial rain. We had some a couple of days ago but it wasn't much. Our eater butt still has some water in it.
Yes, we are supposed to have plenty of April shower but still just a couple of showers here n there. It comes to the point forget the hose, wonβt make much difference anymore. π€·ββοΈHave a wonderful day Diana! ππ»π
Thank you Diana. I do love our local church, I think old churches look lovely in the countryside setting. Yes it was a lovely morning yesterday. It's beautiful here today.
First time I've seen a friend as my pmr won't allow decent countryside walks alas. My brother's whole life is made up of walking with different friends every day and when he's in Greece he also swims daily. He drives there every year. Lucky thing to be so fit!!
I definitely understand how fortunate I am as I have a dear friend who's only 40 but has severe back pain and can hardly walk. She's recently had a major operation but been told she'll be in pain for the rest of her life and I have a friend who has ME. My heart goes out to you and others that are unable to just get out there and exercise.
I'm so pleased you saw a friend and as things move in I hope you continue to meet friends.
History is very interesting,I really hope you are able to visit.
I would think so but I'll check.
Oh yes, my husband has been researching on his family history for a while now and found a grave, believe or not, in our local church, the grave was of 3 generations.ππ
Thatβs amazing!! Iβve done it too but have had a hard time getting past my great-great-great Grandfather who was born in 1827 in Templederry, Tipperary, Ireland. However, Franklin, my surname, isnβt terribly Irish.
Another generation or 2 does go back to England but I canβt be sure.
I know he was very pleased and now has a photo of the grave. I cannot believe we got married and moved to a place where his ancestors lived. Isn't it amazing when you look back and see where your family were from.
My father's side were Northern UK and my grandfather was killed in the 1st World War, my dad's dad.
I expect you'll find out more, online is an excellent tool for finding things out.
That is amazing! I found out that a relative of mine lived in my state and only a little more than an hour away. My wife and I took a trip to the cemetery where heβs buried and found he had a huge marker! I was surprised!
I plan another trip there so I can see if I can find any other information about him
I know, I canβt wait to start looking into it.I never knew any of my Dadβs side of our family was further west from NY, everyone was in upstate NY.
