Skin tight like a drum and pinching, any ideas?
I am 36 +4 and the skin on my belly is really tight and pulling. Had a scan yesterday and they said I had a lot of fluid and that was probably why but walking, bending and such is painful and I'm worried about skin pulling too much, Not sure what would happen. Using aqueous cream and moisturizer but

Help me please will I ever feel like myself again
Sitting here crying my eyes out feel so bloody alone and frightened. Only people I have to turn to are you all here on this brilliant site. Since April I was put on combo t3 20 and 75 eltroxin and my whole system crashed. When I look at it now I was completely overmedicated by the endo here in Ireland

Solgar Megasorb B Comples
I'm thinking of trying Solgar Megasorb B-Complex as well as my B12 sublingual and my cod liver oil capsuls. I looked up the ingredients and it contains soya lecithin 50 mg. Is that ok to take or will it react with my underactive thyroid. Should I avoid anything containing soya. I was also looking

Odd facts you may be unaware of.
1. My husband and I divorced over religious differences. He thought he was God and ...... I didn't. 2. I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it. 3. Some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them. 4. I used to have a handle on life, but it broke. 5. Don't

I started using tudorza 12 days ago. I must say, I'm quite impressed so far. I try to go to the gym everyday. I usually do 2 miles but on 2.5, and sometimes struggle. Today I did 2miles on 2.9 and was hardly out of breath. I also use symbicort for my asthma. I tried spiriva for my copd, but it actually

Every morning browsing the daily posts my heart goes out to those seeking help, advice, or the need of a little understanding, at the same time I can't help thinking of those lurking in the dark corners of the forum too shy or nervous to make themselves known. It’s hard to answer the posts but some

Supplements
Has anybody with CLL had any advice about taking supplements, like iron, cod liver oil, or any other tablets or capsules. I have been told that they mess with readings on blood counts, but I have also heard that they cause no problems. Can anybody help??

Hi guys I was diagnosed with moderate COPD last week and I've smoked for the last 25 years. Now that I have ran out of baccy I have started to use a vapour efag thing. Have any of you got any experience in quitting smoking this way? Or am I better off using other nicotine delivery systems?
