Solgar B Complex which on is best

I am looking into taking a B complex Solgar have two but one contains 100 mg of B6 which I know is too high. The other one has less B6 but contains Soya Lecchitin 50 mg and I know soya is not good for thyroid any suggestions to which one to take. I will also be taking B12 sublingual and Cod liver oil tabs thanks

If you are taking B12 sublingual make sure it is methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin. I don't have an answer re the other B complex. Hopefully someone will comment.

Thanks shaws it is Methylcobalamin but I need to take the b complex just don't know which one. I'm on another course of antibotics for cyctitis so I know my levels are going to be depleted this is my second antibotic in 4 weeks it's killing me so draining
