Vitamin D3 Supplement Issue
I was told by my doctor to supplement D3 (5,000 IU), but when I do, my body starts feeling so weak, like I have no energy. It even happens on smaller doses too. I’ve tried several different brands, but all give me the same feeling. Any suggestions?

Hi, I was diagnosed hypo in November last year - very high antibodies, so have Hashimoto's. Vitamin and Mineral Supplement Suggestions
Hi everyone, I went to see my GP last Friday with my Blue Horizon results (in Bio). She agrees autoimmune thyroid disease but said my TSH wasn't hugely above range (along the "nothing to worry about" lines) and my T4 is "fine" so she won't medicate straight away as I'm "too young" (ahem...31!) and being

Still in a quandary 😐
Hello, lovely people! I'm not sure if you can help, but I don't know what to do for the best?! I posted about a month ago, I think? When I had extreme fatigue... I went back up to 5mg from 4mg & instantly felt better! But the euphoria was quite short lived 😕 About a week? I then made an executive decision

Healthy Low Carb ideas needed please
I'm diabetic and I'm looking for some ideas for healthy low carb family meals that all the family will enjoy. There are quite a few food allergies in the family with the main ones being dairy (all types not just lactose intolerant), wheat (not just gluten), beef and some fruits, plus margarine, lamb

Dear All, I've been taking 40mcg daily of liothyronine Mercury Pharma for the last couple of years. I was given a different brand in December (Morningside), and wasn't feeling great so asked to go back to Mercury. I was told that they couldn't get Mercury, but gave me Teva this time. I'm not sure whether

T3 and polymorphism some help?
Hi, I was originally diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis in June last year. Following several visits to my NHS GP I eventually persuaded him my low energy and pains in my back were not general back pain, he agreed for me to take blood tests. These showed I had Hashimoto's and gave the following results
