I'm not much of a cook and lots of the the low
FODMAP
recipes seem very complicated with lots of different ingredients.

Tired of being bloated!!!!
I have tried the
FODMAP
Diet, I am now Lactose Free and Gluten Free, but still it keeps on coming back. I am running out of options! Any new ideas?

Bloating after I eat anything
I've been following the
FODMAP
diet for a little over a month, but nothing changed..I get bloated even if I eat
fodmap
free food..even from peppermint tea or water... I tried medicine for bloating as well but it didn't help.

I'm New Here, IBS-D
I loosely follow the
FODMAP
diet and have narrowed down quite a few foods that are triggers. I know my biggest trigger is high fructose corn syrup and that can shut me down for days. Recently I had trail mix and discovered raisins and my colon aren't going to cooperate.

When your chips are down never give up
My doctor just said i have I.B.S. and that i would have to experiment with my diet to see what i could or couldn't tolerate. i tried
fodmap
, but felt i would just eat a different food each day to see how i feel. after weeks of trial i found one food group was always at the top of my trigger list.

My Digestive Nightmare SOLVED! EDIT NEW INFO!
I also spoke with a Dietitian, which recommended starting a
FODMAP
Elimination Diet, which actually provided alot of relief, but was not a complete fix. It controlled alot of the nausea and definitely got rid of 95% of the bloating. The only downside was how strict this diet was.

Allergic reaction to CT scan dye causing kidney failure
I negociated a 6 week opportunity to increase my diet using
FODMAP
principles and took the iron tablets - after 6 weeks I went for a blood test to see how my progress was - and was called into hospital later that evening with kidney failure!

Persistent Bloating
I'm already on a clean eating diet so don't eat wheat/gluten/dairy but will try the
fodmap
diet as recommended by my gp, but I was wondering if anyone had experienced this constant bloating before or has any remedies as it's really getting me down (along with my weight gain).

Low Fodmap Subscription Box
Whilst every IBS sufferer is different, would anyone be interested in a low
fodmap
subscription box that would include some snacks, some ingredients for recipes, etc etc ? What price would you be willing to pay per month ?

FODMAP help
Dr told me on Wednesday I have IBS and was told to research
FODMAP
diet as well as taking some medication. I've been trying gluten free bread since Wednesday and has a big flare up yesterday lunch (struggling to breathe as pain so bad) and again today. (Bread was toasted on both occasions).

FODMAPS
I started the
FODMAP
diet a few days ago, taking codeine at night to cope with the RLS. Does anyone have any experience with this diet? and if it has worked, how long did it take?

Some relief at last
I was referred to a dietician for a group meeting to try the
FODMAP
diet. They gave us all 2 booklets. One lists foods in red amber and green, Red is no go, amber maybe in small amounts, and green is ok.

Diet was a huge issue with leaky gut and SIBO diagnosed with Dr Myhill, I was on the
FODMAP
diet but was stuck on the very restrictive exclusion section that I was not able to get off of without many symptoms.
