So I am camping for 5 days in north wales, scary in terms of diet! I am on a low fodmap diet, breakfast is the most difficult, I usually eat scambled eggs. I can't exactly take eggs with me :/ .. Have any of you had any luck with camping friendly foods?

Car camping or backpacking? Eggs should be okay if you keep them in a cooler - they are so good on FODMAPS. Gluten free oatmeal is another option. I ate plain Greek yogurt on FODMAPS - imagine that would hold up for a couple days as well.
Tinned fish is good for lunches, as are rice cakes with a FODMAPS free spread.
Good luck and have fun.
Take eggs, they'll be fine. I love camping. I have a toilet with me!
My last camping trip I had a home made granola (or just oats for porridge if you have a camping stove) and long life milk (I use almond milk). Lasted me all week with no issues. We also took nuts and seeds with us and bought stuff daily to make salads etc. Tins of tuna are great, they do 'no drain' ones now too so no mess to worry about the fish smell for days after. And dinners we had lots of omelettes etc. We also hard boiled a load of eggs before we went to have in salads/snacks. They don't need to be in the fridge for a few days and no worry of them smashing haha
