Tired of being bloated!!!!

I would love to have a few days where I can feel that my stomach and bowels are working well and I can be without discomfort. I have either constipation or I live in my bathroom! I have tried the FODMAP Diet, I am now Lactose Free and Gluten Free, but still it keeps on coming back. I am running out of options! Any new ideas?

Have u cut out onions and garlic and cruciferous vegetables too ? Also grains in general ?? Give it a go and see ? I would try the breath tests too. They might help you get a diagnosis ? Some people are sorbitol intolerant too and it's included in a lot of foods without you knowing . Xylitol is horrible as well . Try cutting out sugar and using stevia instead . And see if that helps .

Good luck
