Lower back pain and hip bursitis: is it just me or a B12 thing?
The first one suggested dietician, which is why I've been doing the
FODMAP
diet for 2 months- even though dietician did not believe I have IBS either. Trying very hard to show willing, but 2 years of pain wears you down... any better answers? Anyone else recognise symptoms?

Fodmap - Useful?
This time he gives me a print out about the
Fodmap
diet. I've considered this before but the results I've seen are inconclusive and before I embark on this I wondered if there was a way to see if its that effective?

Fodmap/constipation
Is it possible/likely to be either
fodmap
sensitive or have ibs-c, or is it more likely to be a combination of both? If the latter, i assume following a low
fodmap
diet with fibre supplements/magnesium is the only solution? x

IBS or something else? Any advice welcome!!
Eating hurts no matter what I eat, i have tried gluten, dairy and wheat free,
fodmap
diet, you name it I've tried it. No lie within minutes of eating I feel full and my stomach has swelled as if I was pregnant again! There is so much to remember I have probably forgotten something!

Help with where to start?!
Since then I've worked with a gastroenterologist to solve IBS issues and have eaten a low
fodmap
diet for a year now. However my symptoms are changing in ways that I believe are thyroid related however I have hit a brick wall with gp (despite her being really helpful).

Maybe IBS? Please help
but frankly all I'm really eating is unprocessed meat, some light gluten-free carbs (basically rice and potatoes) and a few varieties of low
Fodmap
fruit and veg, so not sure if there's anything else I can realistically do from here. Again I have that familiar feeling of running out of options.

Exclusion Diet
Also I noticed it does not mention cutting out high
fodmap
foods, surely these are a recognised problem foods nowadays for ibs sufferers. I wonder why they aren't included in his plan.

Psychological problems and possible thyroid link? All attributable to food intolerance and IBS?
I have a fructan intolerance identified through a
FODMAP
elimination diet and now I've stopped eating wheat, onion and garlic among other foods I feel incredible. I don't have celiac as I had the full endoscopy test (yuck).
