Flairs following booster shots
I have just received an invitation for my 6th covid booster shot, but every booster shot so far (and my
flu
shots) have made me flair.

Exercise and PMR
I had my
flu
jab with no ill effects, taking paracetamol as advised. Am due my Covid jab next week and a first shingles jab a week after. Have been trying to do about 1 - 1.5 miles walk on odd days to start building up my strength again and a few days ago I tried a few gentle exercises.

should I be concerned?
The worst was 2 days ago when I had a bad cold, headache and general
flu
like symptoms. Like I said I’m feeling fine now but still testing positive. But yesterday and today I’ve noticed my resting heart rate (mainly when sleeping) has been in the 40s.

Singulair - Flu Like Symptoms Side Effect
Fingers crossed that I got over the
flu
like symptoms side effects, but the million dollar question, why did it take a few days for side effects to kick in, when I was doing really good for the first 4-5 days?

Blood results - Any Advice?
I had the
flu
a few weeks ago and she said it was probably due to that. However, I told her I know my body and I know when I feel like I am going hyper. I frequent to the bathroom, and I lost weight rather more quickly (I am 52 and well into menopause). Not a bad weight I am 134lb at 5'5".

fear of getting stomach flu bug
hello everyone, hope you are all doing okay. I have a few health worries going on. I’m getting tests done so I feel I’m doing something. However, this Wednesday just gone I went around to visit one of my friends. I do this once a month. Two other friends of ours visit and we all have a good chat.

Sound Familiar?
-Recently I had a tumultuous week and stupidly kept going, got to the Friday night and I felt like I was starting with the
flu
. Barely slept the night so spent all day Saturday napping, nursing a slight fever and monitoring my asthma.

New Year and a Realization
I have the
flu
! I am extremely tired and I realized that I always start the new year with a
flu
, since 2018! Everyone hates the
flu
, that's sure, but when you have anxiety from diseases, it's like physical and mental triggers all over the place and you can't sleep or eat or work.

Just another pain
I've not had the full course of COVID injections because to get there it would cost me £30 for a taxi it's the same with the
flu
jab. The practice nurse phoned me last week to see if I wanted the
flu
jab.

Flu Vaccine Study - call for participants
People living with conditions linked to chronic liver disease have higher rates of serious illness from
flu
. However, this group also tends to have lower rates of
flu
vaccine uptake.

Help & Advice Needed
Flu
like symptoms, Hair loss, weight gain, extreme fatigue, low mood and now since november time severe pain in my joints particularly my knees and wrists. I call them flare ups as these symptoms seem to come on around the time of my 'time of the month' and last for about 5-7 days.

Appt with infectious disease specialist today: New CMV game plan
I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve had the
flu
over my 70 years on this earth… with fingers left over! So, hopefully, my natural immune system will take care of this. I’m a little worried about being totally off the low dose of Myfortic I’ve been on for the next 4-6 weeks.
