Peace and calming
Hey there. I haven't been on in a while and I want to come on and just mention essential oils. I am not a distributor but one of my friends gave me one and I love it. It's called peace and calming. I'm. It going to say it has cured me but in these past 3 weeks I've noticed such a difference! It made

Allergic to essential oils and fragrances.
The hardest thing to find is a conditioner that works for my coarse, dry, color-treated hair. Any recommendations?

Should I add t3?
Hello all, I've been working very hard to get my vitamin balance right in order to support proper thyroid function, and was then considering adding some privately obtained T3 if I still needed to based on symptoms. I've been supplementing B12, B complex, Primrose Oil, Iron & Vit C, and Vit D & K2 (

New support tool- at least trying
Hello all, I'm new to this forum, but given the humongous lack of support & awareness of my condition I decided to give this route a try. What do I have to loose? In a nutshell, the last 14 months have been and continue to be a living painful hell. Going from a young healthy, active, sociable woman

A theoretical way to make mannitol work better
The underlying problem with using mannitol as a therapy for Parkinson's disease is its poor absorption in the gut. Hence it produces gas and in some cases, diarrhea. If the absorption of mannitol can be increased than it may be taken at a lower dose and also decrease its associated side effects. Other

I have found the perfect combination of meds, life style, and exercise for me.
For the last 4 days for the first time in 11 years i have been Parkinson's free. I hope it last for a while. All i did was to take my meds every 3 hours vs 4 hours 24 hours a day. I have slept all night except to take my meds. I exercise 6 times a week eat small meals and try not to worry about anything

Natural remedies to help the pain
Anyone have any luck with any essential oils, supplements, diets or anything else to help aliviate the pain. I'm desperate. Tylonal and ibuprofen are not helping. Heat pack helps temporarily.

Intro- First time post
I feel foggy. Like I'm drunk, or hungover, or on cold medicine. Headaches, lightheadedness, fatigue. This is my 13th year of this, and I have been worked up for EVERYTHING!!! I've seen MD's and Naturopathic physicians. For a while I thought I had an autoimmune "sticky blood" issue, but top LA rheumy

Big GFR Improvement
Hi, I was diagnosed with CKD in Jan 16 with a GFR of 56. I was really shocked. Since then I have made massive life style changes - walking 4 miles per day, stopping alcohol (I used to drink too much), stopping caffeine, stopping eating processed food. Now I eat only natural food, drink 2-4 tea spoons

Do you follow your Doctor's instructions on meds or do you experiment with dose and time.
For me i would be in sad shape if i did not try things. I have saved a lot of meds from when i changed doses and types. I came up with my current dose cycle and my Doctor reviewed it and changed my Rx. I have now decreased my time from 4 to 3 hours and have improved a lot my down time has been cut in
