It was also 6 months since Mum was started on the drug so it was left off and I resumed giving Mum the

omega 3 and some of her supplements again as she is becoming awkward and agitated and unhappy.

From Broken Brain episode 6 re progesterone
Doctors did not want to give him high doses of
fish
oil
because they thought he might have a bleed in the brain but it did not have that effect. She eventually put him on 20 grams per day. Neural feedback was also one of the components along with a ketogenic diet.

FSH confusing
So my fsh blood test in Feb 2018 was 14 when it needed to be 12 and below to qualify for nhs funding. Obviously 12 also would be high for a day 2. But I was 5 days late on my period, could this have caused the increase in my fsh? I felt extremely hormonal at the time, my emotions were everywhere and

I think most will. Adding June 2024: Importance of Vitamin C in collagen formation. Here is an article which

Thyroid blood test figures.
I had kind of convinced myself I had some kind of thyroid issue as I can tick off so many symptoms. However, I had blood taken last week, rang the surgery on Friday for the results. All ok according to the gp. I asked for the numbers, FSH 2.11 and Free T4 is 13.8. I’m not up on all things thyroid and

sharing a small positive
Disclaimer: I haven't been diagnosed yet, but endo is suspected. Just wanted to share some hope. I am on my period at the moment. The first day was the usual awful start; woke up at 1.45am by the pain, feeling like I'd been shot in the pelvis, stumbling around for painkillers and sitting in a hot bath

Fibromyalgia & RLS
I just found this website and have read some topics ,found very interesting.I have had fibromyalgia & RLS for years. I also have noticed that as I get older, seems like my symptons getting worse. I have found that when my legs & lower backare giving me a fit,I run a tub of water as hot as I can stand,

Mire a coil and breast tenderness
I was fitted with the coil about 6 weeks ago as I was experiencing painful cysts and endo. I have been advised I need surgery. The problem I have at the moment are period like pain and extreme breast tenderness in both breasts. They are really swollen and burning. I have started taking evening primrose

Trying for baby no 2 after an 8 year gap!
Well, after living in the UK for ten years and being on the Verity PCOS site whilst trying for my first baby, here I am contemplating the possibility of a second. Scans a few years ago (after having my daughter) showed no signs of PCOS, so I wondered if it had gone. This week, I had a day 21 blood test

Works for me so far. With my numbers so high that the lab machines claim they can’t even read my TSH level and my T3 and T4 definitely not near the normal range..... I have been following Dr. Axe and Dr. Jorden Rubin on youtube who used to be Western regular doctors until Dr. Rubin had cancer and was

caster oil packs - best way to use?
My partner has ordered me some castor oil as I've read castor oil packs can help with period pains (mine don't respond to traditional heat pads/hot water bottles). Has anyone found the best way to use these, and with the least mess?!

Purple rash/blotches
I've had enough of this Methotrexate poison. Stopped taking the tabs and started with the metoject pen instead but now the thought of doing the jabs is making me feel as sick as I felt with the tabs. I can't stand it any longer. I'd rather be in pain than feel sick. I don't want to take anything. Not

Desperate for a baby...
Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum and desperately looking for advice to help me conceive. I was diagnosed with PCOS (through an ultrasound) about 2 years ago whilst looking into something else. As it stands now, we've been referred to the local fertility clinic and we've both had our tests done
