Has anyone had any progress with B1 protocol while taking a multivitamin or other supplements ( fish oil, turmeric..) ???
I have been taking B1 since mid September but I have not found my magic dose yet . Dr. C has been working on my dosage. However, i am wondering if anyone has achieved an optional level while taking a multivitamin or anyother nutritional supplements? My balance and freezing of gait are beginning to

I stay quiet cause I don't really think I have much to offer folk on here... there are folk worse off than me and "it's only a concussion" (...that's

NHS Endo test results - all normal - thoughts please ...
Hi - I have finally been to see an NHS endocrinologist. It felt like something of a 'tick box exercise'. My GP agreed to the referral because I had a low serum cortisol result and because (whilst my TSH is 'normal') my FT4 is at the bottom of the scale and I've been pushing for investigation of a possible

46 year old osteoporosis - & HRT - update
A while ago, I posted to get people's experiences of HRT. Here's an update: My specialist would not prescribe me HRT - she said the risks of thrombosis, breast cancer are potentially too high - all her colleagues agree that bisphosphates, etc are too aggressive and totally inappropriate for someone in

Hashimotos??? Or am I just a crazy lady?
Hi, I have been tested TPO 75IUml, my test results say - consistent with autoimmune hypothyroidism, raised antibody, suggestive of autoimmune thyroid disease. My TSH was 6.8 and 14.6 in November. I ended up in A&E today with heavy chest and shallow breathing. The psychiatric nurse diagnosed depression

Low AMH and ovary reserve :(
I have just been told (last week) that my AMH is 0.6 and I have 4 follicles (2 on each ovary) but that my left ovary was quite low. Basically early menopause. My FSH was 22. Due to be re-done again this month. I am truly devastated. I want children so badly and this has broken my heart. I need some

Is the levodopa in sinement any different then the levodopa in mucuna?
the levodopa crosses the blood brain barrier with inclusion of carbidopa and the levodopa in mucuna has nothing aiding this transfer thus less reaches the brain (unless you pair w/ Vitamin C, EGCG,
Fish
oil
, etc)? is the synthetic worse then the natural?

Taking cod liver oil and fish oil
I have ordered a packet of omega-3
fish
oil
capsules and a packet of cod liver oil. Now, I know that you are not supposed to take both capsules together, but is there any harm, for example, taking 1 cod liver
oil
in the Morning and the 2 omega-3
fish
oil
capsules at night before bed time?
