Another search for that silver bullet - er, trigger - that all with AF would love to find.

Having said that, I do take a cod liver oil supplement daily, without any evidence that it is actually good for me. Maybe I should reconsider, as I regularly eat mackerel and sardines (both tinned, usually in olive oil).
