High and Low Cortisol
I have been working on my adrenals, taking Vitamin C, B complex,
fish
oil
, Celtic sea salt, meditation in addition to vitamin D3, magnesium, k2 and zinc. My doctor now has me taking pregnenolone and enerphos and baicalin to balance my cortisol and aid in sleep.

Help with supplements/dosing please?
Hello (I am currently on 25mcg a day of levo. I definitely feel underactive, having particular problems with inflamed gums that I have posted separately about. I also have Grave's disease (in remission)). Had blood test in December to check my vitamin levels, would welcome thoughts on changes to supplementation

Overpowing Ankolysing Spondylitis
For anyone wishing to hear about a success in overcoming ankolising spondilitis this video may be worth watching. Perhaps you might be inspired to try a similar approach. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1tIjeID6mc An interesting point that I picked out was that her recovery was helped by removing fish

Blocked fallopian tube and using clomid
Hi this is my first post on here. I've been trying for nearly 2 years for a second child (she is 7.5 years old) & had some fertility tests last year. My husbands were fine but mine showed an FSH level of 9. My ovarian reserve is 6.7 and a hycosy showed I have a blocked tube & also noticed addisions.

CBD OIL Medium Strength
Reporting back after 1month on the oil as promised for pain relief. I started week one with two drops twice daily, and increased it weekly by one drop. have to say in my opinion, I don’t think it’s made any difference. I’ve still had to take my normal amount of pain relief. Maybe a higher strength or

Annoyed - hormone testing!
Hi all. I have noticed a mid-cycle pattern where my hormones seem to go haywire (I suspect low progesterone as I've always felt much better when on progesterone during fertility treatments). I get really oily hair and skin, night sweats, am really tired etc. I'm currently getting private health insurance

Recurrent miscarriage and high FSH level
Good morning all I’ve had 3 recurrent miscarriages over the last 18 months. The 3rd was last month which I had to have a D&C for. I have Antiphospholipid Syndrome so know the reasons for the losses but at my age (38) wanted to check out my whole fertility picture so got day 3 fertility check tests done

My Years with IBS
Just discovered this forum and joined. I have had stomach issues from a very young age, about 6 but, was diagnosed with IBS in my thirties over 40 years ago. In the beginning, I used to get violent bouts of diarrhoea that would hit me whilst still eating a meal. It was so embarrassing that I hated eating

"Check your Fish Oil Capsules -- They're very likely to be rancid!"
Based on the above, you just might want to cut one of your
fish
oil
capsules and see if it passes the "smell test". :) Incidentally, I have nothing against
fish
oil
capsules (been taking them regularly) or any personal interest in Carlson's
