foods to eat for longevity
So get your vitamin D3 levels checked in and you know, just do it a couple of times and you know, if you’re in the range or not and most people need about 2000 to 5000 I use daily of of D3 then I’m a big fan
fish
oil
taking a thousand milligrams of EPA and DHEA daily and then take some sort of the flavonoid

Blood test results Vitamins / Digestive problems
Also omega 3
fish
oil
and a multivitamin. I was reading about dietary iron. One suggestion was to cook in a cast iron pan ! I’m confused about some foods which appear to be both high in iron but also inhibit iron absorption. Things like broccoli and nuts. Are they recommended or not ?

On taking Fish Oils Supplements is good or bad?
A regular question on this forum - Taking
Fish
Oil
supplements? I’ve always been interested in this one and prior to taking anticoagulants, I thought they were a good thing for heart health but now I wouldn’t waste my money.

Flax seed oil
Does anyone else take flax seed
oil
regularly? I can’t take
fish
oil
so take Flax seed oil capsules for Omega3. I have since heard that it’s not good to take them whilst taking steroids but cant find much about it on Mr Google so am presuming it’s no big deal.

Vitamin D, Fish Oil and NOACS?
I've noticed on the Vitamin D container label it says that the Vitamin D is derived from
fish
oil
. Now, I believe
fish
oil
has anticoagulant properties, so is it OK to take it with NOACs or will it significantly increase the danger of bleeding?

Vitamin supplements: good or bad?
These include 2000mg vitamin C and 400iu of vitamin E and
fish
oil
capsules. These are supposed to enhance the auto immune system. As rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is caused by an over active immune system attacking the cartilege in our joints, are these vitamins adding to the problem?

He responds well to 2mg guanfacine ER, 36mg atomoxetine, and nightly
fish

, and after a couple of tough years of school is finally flourishing there. His behavior at home is still very challenging though, with lots of irritability and aggression toward us and his little brother.

Am I hypothyroid?
I have been taking supplements for the last 3 months (vit D,
fish
oil
, Curcumin, an adrenal support vitamin, thyroid support vitamin, magnesium and a probiotic). I have been trying to cut out gluten, dairy, caffeine and sugar although I’m probably not as strict as I could be.

Non-Chewable Multivitamin Options?
We like the Nordic Naturals
fish

softgels but can't seem to find any good reputable multivitamins for a kid his age other than chewables. I'd rather not do gummies because of the sugar.
