Introduction
He advised to cut almost all
oil
, no meat, no poultry, no
fish
, no eggs i.e no fats or sparingly. I followed it because I didn’t know any other way. I also couldn’t exercise because of my weight. I don’t know from where I got the patience to bear such restrictions for 3 long years.

Thyroid results on combo T4/T3 (please, help)
Hi! I've been officially Hashi hypothyroid for a couple of years. Started my medication journey with levothyroxine (Euthyrox, Letrox), but every new dose would be helpful for just a couple of months, and then a dose increase would go. Last year I started with Prothyrid (Sanofi), a combo T4:T3=100:10

So I’ve been on the increase of Armour for a week and a couple days. I went from 15 to 30. I take the 30mg at 6 am before any other supplements, go back to sleep. When I wake up, I take the rest of my supplements. Which is vitamin d, vata supplement from banyan botanicals (this is good for me, I’ve used

Trying turmeric and fish oil as anti-inflammatory
I experimented for over a month with a high amount of turmeric and
fish
oil
to try and lessen the inflammatory load in my system and hopefully to get a little more pain relief.. I was also taking 'relief factor' as seen on tv.

Diet Supplements
Once again unable to sleep. Thinking about my diet. I’m having some stomach and digestive investigations. My stomach is now so distended and solid with it. It looks like I have someone else’s abdomen and my own skinny arms and legs. It’s hurting my back. I am determined to boost my health this year by

RLS temporary relief found
I found RLS temporary relief from a topical vaporizing rub. I am currently using Equate brand vaporizing rub. It contains Menthol, Camphor , and Eucalyptus oil. If I am experiencing RLS or forgot to take my medication on time, I rub this on both legs from top to bottom. Works in less than one minute

Could too much sugar or not enough food be the cause?
I have been researching this internal vibration, coupled with sweating and that chest crunch/pain. It is bad. I don’t even want to go to sleep so I don’t have to wake up. Labs all done - all good - but, one thing that came up was hypoglycemia. The other was hunger and dehydration. I eat while I

Irregular menstrual cycle
I am wondering if anyone may have some insights on what could be going on here. For the past few years I have been having an abnormal menstural cycle. I am a 31 year old female who started BC in my early 20’s. Then in 2017 when I was about 27 I decided to discontinue the BC. Throughout my twenties I
