Nerve pain
I had a Spinal fusion July 18 and the nerves from L4 L5 got damaged and I have been in chronic pain in my whole left leg. I have tried most things from Morphine based tablets then Pregabaline, Amitryptaline you name it I’ve been on it. I’ve tried loads of vitamins which I am still taking. I’m using Biofreeze

SSRI’s ruining sex life
As long as I can remember I’ve had anxiety. I was diagnosed with aneorexia when I was 12. A big component of that was also OCD and anxiety. I was on Prozac and Zyprexa during that time. In my early teens I was no longer prescribed either but continued with therapy. Throughout high school I was always

Just started school
My almost 6 year old son has had chronic constipation for almost 4 years now. We did a big disimpaction the week before he started his first year of school. We had x-rays done and were very confident he’d been completely emptied. He also has been seeing a psychologist. He goes Monday, Tuesday, Has Wednesday

Electric toothbrush a nightmare....looks as though someone has committed murder in the bathroom basin! My dentist blames my bleeding gums

Trying to deny what is real
One of the things I value more than anything else is honesty, I hate deceit. That makes this post so hard to type. When I was in hospital last year one of the biggest issues we processed was growing up in a family where my Dad and an older brother were pedophiles. Even typing that is hard. Unfortunately

Hi my poor baby is 6 months & he’s been fuzzy lately. I checked his mouth & he has teeth coming in. Is there anything I can do to make him feel better? Any good suggestions that actually work? Thank you 🙏🏼

Dear all, and I mean all. I have been reading, writing, reacting on this forum.for over two years. It was a sort of a lifeline in this time of illness and stress and I came to feel attached.to a lot of members. And now I see a protocol, and I am certain that it is made with care. But where is the protol

Primolut N side effects
Hey ladies. So I started taking primolut 8 days ago and since yesterday I've been feeling as if I'm on my period (painful cramps, dizziness, depression) but without bleeding. Has anyone used it and got similar symptoms? Xx

request a brain MRI scan through my gp
hello, I had a skull fracture when I was 4 or 5 years old (I fell from the stairs to the basement and landed on glass or metal). I had to remain for a month or 2 in hospital. I have been suffering from Mental health since I can remember. I have read that the brain can be damaged following a skull fracture

Music Therapy
Hey Everyone. In all the time we spend together here, I have realized that there is so much we dont know about each other. I wanted to share a bit about me. Some know I have been a musician my whole life. I taught, I toured, I wrote, I produced, I played my heart out. Sometimes I hear a song that I just

Seizures and holding hands.
Hi folks Liz had a seizure of some kind this morning. Brain/dopamine deficiencies come to mind, but I don't know. She was given Medazolan, which controls seizures, relaxes muscles and a lot more. From memory it is a powerful benzodiazepine. Tremendous thing is that it was already in Liz's palliative

PFM colour coding
So I’ve mentioned this a few times on here, but due to the excitement of the junior in rapids on seeing it (he took a pic to show he’s friends) I thought I’d post an image! I (like most) struggle to do maths/work out zones when my asthmas really bad. Simple solution - get 3 (or 4) sharpie pens and colour

Success stories - please share!
I realize that most of the people here are currently dealing with issues but I am hoping that maybe some of the people who have had success are still around and might be able to share their stories?? What helped?? I’m feeling very stressed out and despondent at the moment. I’m aware that my stress does

Coughing and mucus build up remedy!!!!
Hi all, I just thought I’d share an amazing patch that helped T with mucus build up in his throat due to swallowing problems. It’s called SCOPODERM (Hyacinth) patches, it was prescribed by the Hospice Nurse. In the box it says that it’s for nausea and dizziness BUT they have discovered that it works

Hey guys, this is my first post here. Here is my issue. I went from being constipated to having a "fuzzy" bowel movement at least 2-3 times a day. My constipation was so bad that I went to the hospital and they told me to take a double dose of miralax and follow up with my gastroenterologist I also
